Poorest service i have ever seen by any delivery company. They had my parcel for last 7 days but not delivering to me as they said we don’t have enough parcel of your area and we usually deliver when we have around 4-5 orders. Moreover, my order shows delivered without delivering to me. Shame on u guyz. #cheaters.

It is very cheap service, they do not come to deliver parcel to our address, they say take it from here and cancelled it without reason. This has happened to me 3 times, I have also talked in their ratia office, they said on call you will get your parcel at your address but it did not happen. Worst service. Worst service

My parcel is lying at ratia for 5 days now. Usually other courier partners deliver the parcel on same day when it reaches to ratia . I talked on call with the person there who is giving lame excuses to deliver as soon as possible. Later he started ignoring my calls . I requested them that my parcel is fragile in nature pls deliver it, they r not considering this as well.Then he showed my parcel delivered without delivering it to me . CHEATERS .
