Haven't seen such poor courier service yet. 1. First of all their phone number does not appear in the out for delivery message. And they arbitrarily put any delivery status without contacting the customer. 2.Delhivery's customer care number will also not be found anywhere. 3. Very poor, useless service. 4. Will never make any contact with the customer. My suggestion is that if any of your goods comes from this courier, then forget that you will get it. -VE Rating should be given but there is no such option.

Update: Apr 2021. From the past few months they are promptly delivering the packages without any delay. Things must have changed here. They also delivered package to my village which is about 4kms away from N.H. albeit I had to stay on the phone with the guy to make sure he reaches there. The delivery guy was sweet and I had no issues. Suggestion: Please send one delivery guy to one area at least in Villages to save time and your money. Update: See attached images of an order from Amazon which this company opened and resealed. They might have put in a fake product inside. These kind of behaviour is intolerable. The order was from Appario Services Pvt. Ltd. and they are very professional which means it was done by this courier company. If you see your package showing at this centre, go immediately and get it yourself. It's much better to just get it yourself otherwise it's your loss. Take your official I card and make sure it's either for the name it was ordered for or it can make a comment for example, I ordered in my father's name and my Driving License as my father. They delay parcels for more than a week. You can see them holding a lot of parcels. The customer care of Delhivery is terrible. They never pick up your phone. And no matter how many times you complain to Amazon or Flipkart, these people don't care.

One of the worst courier service in the city of purnia :- These are the steps they follows :- Firstly , As soon as your parcel reaches to the distination city One msg will be dropped to the registered mobile number "Your abc package with AWB no. 1133444×××× will be delivered today with agent no. (Mentioned no. Is totally fake or irritating somewhat) " If you are new then You will be excited & will be assured yaa it will be... But actually within few hours second msg will come "Unable to deliver your parcel with AWB NO. With agent no. & one tracking link will be provided " Everyday they used to repeat the same process in the afternoon mostly around 2-4 pm or in the evening around 6-7 pm They will then reschedule your parcel for next day in the name of customer which they really have no power to do so nth... Ultimately ,will cancel your parcel How they works & How these ppl are involved in fraudalent :- What i find here , As you know whenever something is delivered to you the next msg will be as " your abc item has been successfully delivered "But here the process is just reverse after your self collection parcel from office (Believe me till then your temper will reach above threshold level.) Thereafter no sooner one msg will be delivered "Mentioning your parcel with Awb no. Will be delivered today " With 1-2 Hrs 2nd msg will again come " Your item has been Delivered successfully " They are just involved with direct fraudlant just pretending as if they are of the most Honest ppl in the city, but actually its not... you will come to know on later stages... Even i fought & made them angry then they spoke out the truth with their dirty mouth "They said we have totally stopped home delivery services better you don't order via delhivery & will just escape from their responsibility " What i feel from overall conversation with customer care & all that " It can be possible Delhivery company may be also responsible for this fradaulant activities "Bcoz when i asked for office no. Customer care said we don't have any such no., Then i asked you are assuring me 24-48 hrs that item will be delivered , How will it be actually done so ? Then their reply was "We are having some internal process " Ultimately their reply will be blah blah... & we have escalated your request That's it ! Advice :- 1.Don't contact customer care its useless to talk here you will just waste your time 2.Don't call mentioned delivery boy no. These no.s are either fake or somewhat useless to talk/wouldn't pick up 3.If you have any so then go & collect immedately without wasting your time otherwise its your loss ( especially will be like mental torture ) 4.Better i find India post is giving well service in purnia Thank you !
