I would like to suggest delhivery courier service to cancel the franchise of this service provider because they don't behave like humans. They hold parcels for a long time and cancel it without any intimation to customers and they sow false information about customers like- 1-customer is not willing to receive parcel 2- customer is not picking up mobile calls Etc. Etc....

Worst experience. If they don't want to deliver then, they mark the package as rejected by customer or customer is not accepting the order. Or customer wants open delivery I think they don't know the meaning of CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.Unprofessional delivery agents.
