Delhivery is a very bad courier service in my experience. I am regularly received my order from another Amazon Courier service from Nedumkun, Karukachaal. But thil Delhivery is not even contacted me or delivering my parcel. They are simply reschedule the packet thrise, and returning to supplier. I am surprised why Amazon keeping this courer service. Please Black list this Courier service .

These guys are just joke. Will never deliver your product even if it is just across the street. My product is with them for the last 10days. I have done multiple escalation. And they are thinking its some kind of reward. Never ever send or receive any item through delhivery. They always tries to send the item back. Their service contract works differently so they will get their money even if the item is delivered or not. Most of the time they will update the product is delivered or address unteachable or unexpected audit or customer reschedule. They will put something but will never deliver the item at any cost.

The delhivery courier service have a good and timely delivery to the consumers. The delhivery boys and well mannered and have good behavior towards the consumers. When our product reach the office they will inform as . There way of communication is good . They have home delivery for some items. They will wait for the consumer to take the product if we inform them about it.

Very bad service. Irresponsible, not delivering on time. Handling parcels carelessly always open at time of delivery. Delivery boy always call and request to collect parcel from their office or at some other places which is convinient to them, saying excuse that didn't have enough budget to deliver at your home.
