Horrible experience... Unprofessional rude and idiotic behavior. They call people to take 'home delivery' orders from their store house. Called once and then proceeded to cancel my order without my consent.. Another time Item was shown out for delivery but they didn't even call and at the end of the day it shows attempted to deliver.same happened thrice and then order was auto canceled. Utter incompetence.

Peoples have been complaining about their slow service. Packages are not being delivered within time frame. Very bad work culture. Most disgusting thing is that they have not provided any working phone number to contact them. The number provided has been out of service since 10 months. This is not at all professional. I do not understand why head office is not checking these details.

The WORST courier service! I faced lakhs worth of loss in my business because of the Jorhat’s branch of Delhivery. Their ignorance and arrogance towards customer service is just astonishing egoistic. My shipment worth lakhs are constantly being sent back to my sellers because the people here just simply won’t sent it to my location. It’s sad that my shipments needs to come via this route otherwise I would never opt for their service. I hope these people face some seriously lawsuit very soon.

This is the worst delivery service. I don't know why Ajio,Limeroad,myntra etc are taking this delivery service. They have know value for custome. No phone number to contact. Sometime they unnecessarily say that they can't reach you through your number. You will not get any calls but they will say they tried to contact you.
