Irresponsible 2 of my packages were delivered but after 2 days also it was showing undelivered on the system Also one of my packages was delayed way past the scheduled delivery date and tht delivery guy had posted fake updates Wont recommend trackon for any consignment

Worst delivery service.Just go and check the location you will get to know how your valuable things handle.they don't even deliver your Courier.They will ask you to collect

My parcel arrived and was lying there for 5 days. I tried reaching out to them, but the numbers are not reachable, the number given on the map, and thw one on their website. Their customer care service never called me back, tried to reach them too. Then a person from Trackon Christian basti called and said he won't deliver to my location and i have to pick it up myself. The location on map is incorrect, they have shifted to nilomoni phukan path, opp to the petrol pump. And it's on the way from gs road instead of gmc hostel road. Won't recommend their service.

The location has changed. It is around 500m to west from its previous location. I have spotted the place by asking the people of that place and they have directed me well. But it was not worthy of going there for courier service because the courier service is outdated looks very old place and does not look reliable to send any stuff or even use their service. The owner made his home cum office. When I went there I could hear and smell that his wife was making lunch and I was like is this a courier center or a roadside hotel or something else. I could not trust so I have not sent my stuff through this courier. He was also charging little high price without even weighing the consignment. He has just estimated the weight buy by carrying in his hand and said the estimated price. The office environment and his way of work were not professional at all. So I move out and went to another courier service, where it charged me 40 less for the same product and was delivered much earlier than this. So if you want to send your costly and delicate stuff through this then think twice. However, if you want to send some ordinary stuff then you can try it out and let us know how was your experience and was it worthy enough to use their service.
