WORST DELIVERY SERVICE! Some of the delivery agents aren't aware of anyyyy of the locations, even the popular landmarks and they expect us to guide them throughout. And after all the directions they don't turn up and send a text saying that the delivery has failed. The courier service needs to hire a little more experienced staff

Only if zero star was an option here, the delivery person is not communicating properly and are not even picking up the calls. They are straight up rude. And please don't hire females for delivery and try to hire people who knows how to deliver. I'm so disappointed with the service. I really would love to make a complaint about the delivery person.

Recently ordered Ifb washing machine through Amazon and reached final delivery station before schedule delivery date due to which I requested for predelivery but no response received. Later on I saw status as product returning to seller then on contacting to amazon no proper resolution was given and simply answered to refund the amount. Later on enquiry on Internet came to know that product was shipped through Delhivery Private Limited. So, I fully agreed with the review as shared above and Amazon has no command over this courier service

Very bad service and irresponsible staff....it's about to be a week now and they haven't delivered my parcel...it's showing delivery attempted and unsuccessful by them self.my address is 5th mile and they even didn't not called me, the contact number given on the site is also not working...😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Would Rate 0 stars if possible. I was supposed to receive my package on the 15th of July, but didn't and the delivery was postponed to 20th July, this wasn't that big of a deal, i do understand there can be problems in transit so i stayed patient and waited for my package. I was home all day on the said date and received no phone calls from the delivery agent, but the very next day when i go to their website to track my package it remarks the failure of delivery as "Delivery unsuccessful as customer was unavailable". This has left me infuriated. I have tried calling their offices multiple times but they have failed to answer any of my calls. They could have delivered my package today, but again upon using their package tracking on their website they remark "Shipment delay-due to containment zone restriction" which is strange because the government has made an exception for the movement restrictions for courier services during this imposed lockdown. I am very dissatisfied with this service and i would be more than happy to go to their warehouse and receive my package from them for the very last time because you can count on me never opting for their services, ever again
