My package reached Cochin hub, near my house, on 31 March. Today is 6 April… After calling them and raising a complaint, they changed my status to “out for delivery” for last two days. I still haven’t gotten the package. Today when I checked , it says “in transit” again. No one called me or tried to contact me in any ways. Pathetic service. No contact details. Courier was delayed by 2 days, even though the package arrived at the facility 2 days prior to estimated delivery date. Also, the staff were giving vague responses when I went there to ask about the courier status. They have no clue if my product is out for delivery or its in the facility. Such a shame👎👎
