Somebody sent me courier in trakon courier, I got call from city office, they told me to collect from office and they will not deliver it, my home is in city's main residence area and trackon office is in old city area with no possibility of car parking, so I request them to deliver it even if i receive it 1 or 2 days late I am ok with it but they rudely refused that either pickup or we will return it, so I called there support number mentioned on website but same thing, they told me that you need to solve it with local person we can't do anything. And they cut phone. Even online complaint link is not working so you have no choice, if your courier is important for you then you need to tolerate however local person behave. (I am not a person who behave rudely with others and then write bad about them, they actually behaved very unprofessional.)

Poor service bad service Mera parcel morbi aaya hi nahi hai rajkot se hi return kardiya or morbi Trackon courier me kuchh inform bhi kiya hamko call bhi nahi aya, mene sabhi jaga par call kiya par kuchh response mila nahi ..... Madam rajkot vale bol rahe heke morbi me nahi hai to kya pakistan or japan me hai Sir/Madam, it is a matter of 5 minutes.
