They do not deliver the items in time. We wait until the promised delivery date but they simply push the delivery date for no reason. I had to travel 4 kms to reach their main office to collect my parcel. Wonder what kind of courier service it is. Here is the tip for you - if you find that courier service is delhivery, go to their office, the day that your item reached to your nearest hub and collect the item yourself :) . Don't wait for them unless you are so patience 😜
