Half star if possible. During a span of full day (24 hour from 10 AM on 9 Aug 22 to next day) this branch was not able to book a courier despite of their own words that by evening today only booking will be done. I have reminded 3 times for the same in afternoon and evening. And answer was don't worry your courier will be booked in the same day. I trusted, however while I confirmed in next morning, still it was not done. The office representative makes lot of excuses, and requires a lot of training on customer dealing, has insufficient knowledge on system and he was also not aware of courier charges and all. Lastly a weighing machine is also not available in office which is a basic equipment. Very much disappointed. Location of the office needs to be changed on Google maps. It is showing its previous office location however new office on Kalinga road near Union Bank.
