They usually don't deliver to my address and most times make me come at least 10kms away to collect my ordered item. One reason why I usually rate them 1 star. The delivery agents of this place are not motivated to enhance the business by delivering to the door. They once stole an item I ordered and showed it as delivered. They also probably do racial profiling to decide who should benefit from the e-commerce and logistics business. I might have a paradigm shift and start providing a good rating once they start showing up at my door!
