Never go for it………. Customer Care gives false information. Most of the contact no. doesn’t work. If any works, they don’t receive the call. They ask the receiver to receive the courier by coming to their facility Centre. (They Don’t deliver at home.) They don’t reply to the complaints. Call Centre Employees don’t know their supervisor or team leader or manager’s name or no. or email to escalate the matter. They don’t take responsibility. If for any reason call center employee fails to give the reason of undelivered courier, they just say that it was not in their service area. (They gave same false information to me and when I sent a legal notice to them they delivered it) Their website has not given the name of Grievance Redressal Officer. Unprofessional. If you take service of the courier, most probably you will lose your articles. THE WORST COURIER I HAVE EVER SEEN.
