Like most of have said it's indeed the worst courier service with delayed and no contact phone number. All their branches are same . Sadly ordered a laptop and they chose this courier. Even their customer care is pathetic. No option to speak with agent directly. Courier like this should be stopped from troubling customers. I was here to complain about cochin branch, but I see all the branches are the same. Spread the word.

Worst service ever! This delhivery service should be banned! Haven’t delivered my packets since 15days! I have been trying to contact them, but there is no direct way, they dont reply back on mail! They should close down their business if its this baseless and stupid! I will soon take an action on it,if it doesn’t reaches me by today or max tomorrow! My parcels is super expensive, i ll take it to court I promise

I would actually give a big 0 ! For the past 2 days I have been looking for a way to register complaint against the Delivery executive who delivered my daughter's parcel. My daughter was at school. This man, Pintu, took photos of her I card, despite my telling him not to. To day again he did the same though my daughter herself received the package. On both occasions, my daughter received no OTP on her phone no and Pintu's phone was out of order. I have been trying to speak to a customer service executive but Delhivery has no such option! Absolutely pathetic service!
