Worst experience ever.... This company will never deliver the consignments at your location(destination was only 2kms away from this office).... They won't even call you to mention you that your consignment has arrived and they give lame excuses that we were not able to connect. I gave my firm's number and works 24x7 and I frequently gets call from various clients there is no chance of unreachable situation. But its ok sometimes network issues can happen but it is now a week since the consignment reached this $@*£&. and still they haven't called me... Better you guys do drug dealing which is much better than running this @#%&@ company.

Whats a courier service that doesn't deliver? Like an airplane that doesn't fly. Unfortunately they're the official delivery agents for the income tax department. It wasn't like the delivery location was out of coverage area. They just couldn't be bothered. It happened not once, but twice. For both me and my father they claim that they don't deliver PAN cards. Must be because of security issues or perhaps due to oversized packages that PAN cards typically come in. Get off your arses and do the job you are paid to do!

Never ever use this service. It is cheap but there is a price for being cheap. They will never deliver the items to homes of people, which means, your customers will hate you because everyone else deliver to them. They are lazy. Even India Post is way better than these people.

Yet another unprofessional courier company! 1. They don't deliver to your door step which is what a courier company is primarily for 2. If you try to contact them on phone, no body picks up, ever. 3. If you show up in person, no one bothers to notice you unless you ask. Owners, please note, we are your customers, not beggars! 4. The only plus I saw about the location was that they have some parking space given they are located on a narrow road
