The worst customer service possible. They deliver the courier way past the agreed date of delivery and no one takes the ownership of delayed courier. When you try contacting the source of courier they redirect to different location contacts. They don't have the basic courtesy to let the customer know about the status of the courier and reason for the delay. When you try contacting the destination they keep giving you different numbers and no one tells you the reason for the delay or the tentative date. The customer care contact is just a joke they listen to you and promise you to let the feedback and never respond back. And the funniest thing is that most of their contacts wont answer the call and its the customers responsibility to follow up 3 times a day. If possible I would have given a zero star. " If you want your courier to reach on-time please dont opt for this service "
