Worst Delivery Services. Very rude behavior of the delivery person. They didn't bother about the product and where it should be delivered. I don't know if it is applicable for small items or not but if you order something that required more than one person to handle (pickup or deliver) and you didn't mention it in the address (If you live in a building other than ground floor) you're on your own. They simply don't want to take it to or to pick up from respective floor. It is clearly mentioned in the eCommerce website that the item should be delivered at customers location with two delivery persons, but they send only one. As you know if two person required to handle the item than why send one person in the first place. Imagine if a person ordered something by someone who forgot to mention in the address that he/she lives on second floor.
