Extremely pooor service they did not value the time of customers. We have pay for their services but always ask to pick our courier from their office. If we have to pick our courier from the office so why we are paying for their service. And i have trying to call them thay didn't respond. I have called at Chandigarh office more than 10 times dehli office more than 10 time and at bathinda office still i am trying but they are not responding. Please guys don't waste your valuable time to choose this shiittt courier. I think they have hired Illiterate person who doesn't have sense to communicate and don't understand the value of time. I suggest to trackon either improve your service or shutdown their courier if your unable to handle the customers

Although on the main road, it s difficult to find the shop. The steps are too narrow. Don't know how they bought our microwave. They also run service for fed ex. But it's very poor and they would not update the status although they receive the product and created a hassle. No proper contact number. Very disappointed overall
