One of the worst courier service ever seen. They people shows that the item was delivered with signature. When I demand the delivery receipt then they told that the courier was not delivered due to door locked. These people have no mind to call the customer for safer delivery. And the attitude of the staff is at the bottom level..they are closing the complaint without resolving the issue many times. They are unprofessional. So I suggest that never use trackon courier..

CAUTION: NEVER EVER CHOOSE THIS COURIER IF YOU WANT A PRIORITY DELIVERY. I have a contract to deliver the product to Bangluru.. My products were to be delivered for an event otherwise client has no use of that product. I used their priority service which costed me 7k. And they promised to deliver on 17th.. 20th was the event.. But they didn't delivered it yet.. I called and talked to dozens of people from this company but no one even responds properly. Finally I lost 50k for my product + 7k for their worst priority service.. Total loss 57000. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
