very very bad customer services, I suggest to my friend that never Use this kind of Courier Services. I was waiting for long period of time, my parcel came to my places and without any notification they return my parcel. Even they never call me or sms. Why this services do not mention their contact number ? That means you never contact with courier services for your parcel enquiries, I was requesting for customer care number but the courier person don't know about customer care number. Like this way they are running there services. Ones again I request you never use this kind of Courier Service.

Very bad services, worst is the right word. They were informed not to return an item, however without calling me even once they returned my order. They made me wait 10 days after my order had reached Aizawl delhivery facility (ITI Delhivery) and when enquired the estimated delivery date is kept pending till they returned the item. Aizawl Delhivery Courier service should take more caution about customers queries and complaints and should take immediate action.
