I contacted you thousand of times. Even mailed. Did not get any reply. Even when I tried to complain in the website. It was not showing any response. Contacted customer care executive.but did not gave me proper answer. Am currently in final year computer science btech from premier Institute of our country. My father sent me laptop from home. Its screen was damaged.did complain but nothing happened. Imagine you in my situation. Doing such hard work now suffering this due to this company. If any employee is seeing my post.... Do reply.

Worst ever service.Consignment booked from mumbai does not have services in guwahati,palashbari...still booked and charged for air transfer...top urgent basis...had to collect parcel from courier office after 7 days...it took 7 days to reach guwahati by air.....

They booked my courier from Jaipur and when it was reached in vip branch my parcel remained in office for two days later I contacted branch for the same and they told we didn't deliver the parcel in your location.... finally I collected the parcel from the office. sorry but why they're doing booking if they are not able to deliver
