Poor Service, Blue Dart is better! In case of Cash on Delivery, the staff will not give back the balance. (They will say "I don't have the change to give"" ) In spite of having home delivery the staff will call you and asks to collect it from the office, and if they delivers so according to their convince. And one more thing the delivery boys will behave to like the Sultan of Saudi Arabia.

Good compare to Amazon ATS. Delivery first started home delivery in Punalur. Amazon ATS delivery guys used to return items back to Amazon themselves, if we insist for home delivery. After Flipkart home delivering through Delivery, now ATS guys also started delivering at home. Kudos to Delivery.
