These people deserve a zero rating. Absolutely useless service. Delivering a parcel at a distance of 500kms has not been done even after six days, despite having charged for transport by flight. I think had i walked with the parcel, I would have reached the destination and delivered it two days ago. Made a big mistake by choosing this courier service. Never again will I go to them

Very very bad experience...they didn't even to inform me about they receiving my courier..till 1 month and they sent it back without even calling me or atleast msging me!!! And they are not even picking my call...very very bad.. especially after the lockdown lifted they should have done their work more better..but sadly very bad service

They refused to deliver an Amazon package at my address and instead insisted I come to their office to pick it up. This is not the way it's supposed to work and it's their responsibility to deliver the package to the customer's doorstep. They're cheats - do not use them. In return, I refused to come to their office. Now they are the sellers and Amazon's headache. Do not use them.

These people are laziest sloths I have ever seen they even deliver the product on time nor even let you know it has reached the destination everything has to be done by yourself they do just the logistics I would recommend you 💯 percent not to choose there service there several other same better provider in the market I think they won't survive much time

Do not know why they pick up the packages if they cant deliver to the customers address? For a small packet, they are asking me to go and collect personally; which is some 30 kms away. Behaviour also very bad.
