Poorest services in the area. Even they have no sense how to talk professionally. And often don't pickup phone call even after calling so many times. Marks delivery failure by adding comment 'customer not reachable' without any effort to deliver the consignment.

I had a terrible experience with this delivery service. Not only did they fail to deliver my package as promised, but they also returned it without even attempting to contact me, they held my package for more than a month and end up returning. This is completely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of regard for their customers. The lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable and I would not recommend this delivery service to anyone. It's important for companies to be dependable and to keep their customers informed, and this delivery service clearly falls short in both areas. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Note:- Please don't waste your time by calling the contact number given in Google they will not pick your call no matter what. Better try any other delivery service.

Worst customer service. I called the provided number to enquire about my shipment and these guys said they are busy and disconnected the call. Not sure what type of customer service they are providing.
