They don't even deserve a single star. They never deliver the order and simply returned it to the seller without informing the customers. The most pathetic unprofessional staffs in this courier service. It is better to close the service if they do not to perform their duty. I understand there are times of hardship but seriously not delivering and simply returning back to the seller is simply unfair. This has happened twice for me. I request the people to look for other courier services than relying on this on.

This is the first and probably the last time I am ordering from any of the website whose delivery partner is "Delhivery courier". They not only denies to deliver the parcel at the given address, stating "Delivery boy does not want to go there" but also lacks the ability to clearly mention the pick up point. I have never been harrassed in a such a manner before. On the top of that, they don't even know the minimum courtesy to hold the call until the customer finishes. They lack " Professionalism".

Worst courier service.Asks to pickup from the office and claims to be a "home delivery service". Doesn't deliver a medium sized box saying it's too big! Unprofessional delivery boys shouting on the phone to recievers.Plain harassment. All in all I would rate Delhivery Tura zero but I had to write this review so.

Worst courier service ever ! Please stop this so called service and don't harass the public! If a parcel is dispatched via your courier service it is the foremost responsibility of the courier team to deliver and hand it over to the address within the expected date. Calling us for self collect is not at all ethical on any grounds. If you cannot do the duty please stop this nonsensical business. The courier boys are mannerless and aggressive. The Delhivery agency here in Tura don't even deliver the product properly. They have no good approach towards the customers. They don't even contact or message for the delivery of good and will claim to cancel the order for not able to reach the customers, this have happened multiple times not only to me but most of the people around here in Tura. I have heard lots of negative words about Delhivery agencies in Tura. Delhivery agencies in other regions works well and they have good approach towards the customers and I have seen that. If you are not happy in delivering the good of the customers please shut down your agency. Thankyou
