Worst service. They enter wrong pin number and delay the package. No response from the headquarters and we need to constantly call the delivery boy to delivery the package. They don't even provide information and there is no local contact number to track the package when it is arrived in the city. Waste of money and time. Never send any package through this.

Consignment was in the hub for 4 days and they did not even attempt/call for delivery. No contact number of the hub to call and enquire. Finally, the consignment was sent back without delivering. I suggest sellers not to use Delhivery as your delivery partner.

Third rate service provided by the Raichur hub. The parcel was received at hub but not delivered to me for 4 consecutive days & finally it was sent back! Similar issue was faced with 3 parcels before it. They were all delivered late after receiving at the hub. The delivery persons are also unprofessional as they don't even bother to come to the address provided. They try to finish off the business over phone. Even the lesser known courier delivery persons come to the address & deliver the parcel. Update: The services have improved over time & delivery is timely. However the Delhivery's timelines themselves have become very slow!
