I got the notice that my ordered has arrived Zemabawk and is out for delivery. I enquired every possible contact looking for this Delhivery as the number given were all oudated ones. Then by evening I got message that my delivery will be delayed as customer request for future delivery which was totally lie. No one called me about my courier but instead I myself was looking every possible way to contact these lazy PEOPLE who are currently working for DELHIVERY. Very very poor SERVICE. Shame on these people.

Worst customer service ever! Delhivery Aizawl district should just Stop. So disappointing, please fire all of the workers there and hire new ones

I was in class while the delivery guy called me couldn’t pick up his call for 2 times and within a second i got ‘refuse to accept the order’ msg instead of ‘unavailable to recieve’ notification. I called him back after few mins(not even 5mins have pass) but he told me that he already returned my order to delhivery office, Bawngkawn and told me that if i still want my parcel i have to pickup in their office. So I have no choice, called home and let someone pickup the order from their office!! Plus we never experience ‘doorstep pickup’ from this courier so…. It’s better if u remove from your service list

Nobody called me Or try to deliver my thing when it has already reached to them and got returned. This is the another time i think I am gonna face it cause it has already reached aizawl and today is the second day. Tf is wrong with them

Very worst service no one to contact all phone number is unreachable. Mizoram is the worst service in all kinds of courier, simple update out for delivery just for drama while tracking better stop your service useless
