Fraud Alert with the services of Trackon. Never seen such poor, unprofessional service providers. Don’t use trackon ever specially Okhla one. High chances of never getting your parcel. All they show everyday - courier out for delivery and in the evening they update it to - couldn’t deliver due to office closed. It’s their pattern.

BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER .IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION BEHAVIOUR OF THE DELIVERY MAN AND HIS BRANCH HEAD. THEY HAVE NOT VISITED MY ADDRESS. The worst experience i've ever had with anybody in my life my package reached okhla hub on 17/10/19 tried reaching them hundred of times but Mr Anil Kumar never responded finally my call was answered on 24th and was told ki ladka nahi tha but will be delivered without any confirmed date. Thnx a ton for providing wonderful service, would never bother your propmt staff in future.
