Delhivery is not delivering the product. I am receiving a message that they are unable to delivery. Send several complains and received apologies and that they will be delivering on priority basis. But last 7 days the same routine is continuing. They are unable to provide even contact number of their agent or Attingal Branch. Horrible service from this branch

Even when delivery is to a location meters away from their office, they will not give a home delivery. They just delay delivery until after dusk, then make a call and decline to deliver even when the package contains urgent medication. I am now waiting for the third day after the arrival of the package. They will give any reason like consignee unavailable or even declined to accept if we are not vigilant and do not want to lose the consignment. It is high time the current team is replaced by more service-minded people. People will think that Delhivery is the worst courier around.

Couldn't give less than one star but also feel shame to give this one.The worst delivery system ever.I ordered a phone case and they didn't deliver it to me . When i came to their office to collect it they say that it was already returned. So i compelled to cancel my order. They were trying to moke me by sending emails about my request for future delivery and self picking.I wasn't requested any of that and clearly it was their lack of responsibility that i didn't get my phone case. They didn't give any phone number to contact them ..so we have to go to their office for an enquiry about order..the worst worst experience ever🥴🥴

Couldnt give a -5 rating so one star. The delivery staff don't want to deliver to product .They will call u and say 'i got the consignment late, so I will deliver tomorrow' and They will simply return the product and mark it as customer not contactable.
