Poor service. I had an Amazon package that was supposed to be delivered on a specific day. They called 2 days before and attempted delivery. We weren't home that day. When we called them the next day, they said they can't deliver it and asked to come to their office and pick up the package. They have to honor the date it was scheduled for. Extremely poor service. Don't choose them.

Totally disappointed! What a shameful behavior from the delivery team. I placed an order from Amazon and showed Out for Delivery and it was not delivered. They held the item for 2 days. There is no way to contact them. Had to call Amazon twice to complain. In the end, instead of bringing it home, he took it to a shop 2 km away and dropped it off. Then he went to the shop and came to Medikanda. If you don't know how to do a job politely, stop and do something else.

These are not services but these are scrutiny that a customer should undergo. Such a horrible distribution center at Alakode. They won't even reach out to customer and will mark the status of shipment to something unrelated .

Poor assistance . Happened twice that whether it's for delivering a product or picking up the same , they will try to contact the customer only once . And if we were contacting them again , will not be able to contact them again. Or they will disconnect the call. And the will be giving the status as customer is not able to contact as the status . All the numbers given in their website especially in all the regions of kannur is fake or either wrong number .

Pathetic service by Delhivery Courier Alakode ,Kannur. Unprofessional delivery agents who don't know how to deal with customers and they are misleading amazon customers that doorstep delivery will not possible and come and collect orders from the place convenient for them or placing parcel in nearby shops. If we are not ready to collect from that place they will hold the order with them keep on delaying it.

Lazy and irresponsible service. Amazon parcel reached their outlet in Alakode days ago and is not delivered and never contacted. And they mark the status as 'Reschedule Requested by Customer'. Services like EKart delivers amazingly fast even though they don't have any service outlet nearby. Even Indiapost would deliver faster and more efficiently.

The worst of all, this uncouth guy refused to deliver the product and was vituperative over phone. It is high time that the courier service do proper interview before they take employees. Very worst service. There were 4 prepaid products to be delivered on a single day and the delivery agent (Sajith UK as in truecaller) himself cancelled the orders as he said he cannot come and deliver the products. I suggested him to keep the items at the delivery store, so that someone could deliver the products. The delivery agent also behaved very bady. If this is the case that you cannot deliver, why did you collect the products or tied-up with a shopping site? You should also value the time and effort each one (who all has involved in this delivery chain:starting from the seller)had spent on this. I suggest, when you are handing over the products to the delivery agents, make sure they deliver the right item at the right place to the right user. Above all, make sure they behave proper to the user. Thanks in advance.
