No body response on phone, very poor service. One parcel of medicines is lying at their Hub from the last 45 days. I know courier service is closed due to lockdown but they can pick up the phone and can arrange delivery at hub also for medical supplies.

Worst courier service. No one responds to the phone call. Its been a month courier is not sent, is still in transit! Atleast take queries of your customers, why have this place even opened a courier company if not delivering and taking up complaints!
