I had a terrible experience with Trackon Courier. My package was delayed for several days without any explanation or update on its whereabouts. The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, providing vague and inconsistent information. When the package finally arrived, it was in poor condition and had clearly been mishandled. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend using Trackon Courier for any important or time-sensitive deliveries.

Generally trackon courier is good courier service according to my experience, But ajmer (kutchery road) franchise's Service is worst, they always delay parcel to deliver in the city after arriving in ajmer, and if you request them they say if you want urgently you can collect from their office...they always deliver parcel 3-4 days late than usual time..

It takes more than 15 days for this courier company to reach the courier from Jodhpur in Rajasthan to Beawar in Rajasthan itself. One of my couriers was booked from Jodhpur on 23rd July, this Jodhpur to Beawar which is only 150 km away has not reached today till 3rd August. Looks like this is a very bad and fake company.

Worst courier service. No one responding to calls in Ajmer office. They only answered once after calling them more then 10 times. Person on phone was rude and said your courier will be delivered today which never happened so far. I have been waiting from last 7 days for the courier to be delivered. I have tried calling their customer service number and surprisingly it was not answered. Very frustrating and disappointing. Will suggest never use their courier services.
