Might be your staff is so much busy, we are not in priorities. And hence your staff told us to deliver our parcel at his prefered location for my parcel delivery.. Kindly refund Rs.500/- I don't want to work with your company who don't know how to welcome new customers.

It's in Okhla 1 while there is no any board or sign to identify that particular on raod shop is a DELHIVERY hub while it's between an bike brand agency shop and bank ATM, more interesting that being hub location most of order they use to send back without taking more interest whether to deliver or connect it to deliver through near by location. They use to deliver unexpected facility sometime it seem normal but next it can be very poor and disappointing.

Rather they shouldn't be allowed to serve people and torture, so pathetic they are. They delivered some important package with two days delay. In this age of competition, they can't afford to play with customers. Unfortunately, they will fail slowly. They send messages as if the customer has asked for the delay in delivery. Very bad service
