Showing delivered since last one week but parcel not yet received. No phone calls nothing. Now parcel is missing and all I’m getting are automated messages. No customer care number. Horrible service. Never using DELHIVERY service again, would suggest you to go for blue dart which is more reliable and more importantly, way better customer care

Very poor service. They contacted me and told that they will deliver the item by 5.30PM and at 6.00 PM message comes that I am not contactable hence it is not delivered.

Delhivery is the worst,their service is totally nonsense..my parcel was to be delivered yesterday but that delvry guy didnot evn come to my place for delhivery..i requested for reschedule but i receive a mail saying that my parcel is lost

These is the worst place, nobody responds responsible. Corrupt employees. I recommend users never to use delhivery service rather use Bluedart courier
