My parcel has gone missing from Delhivery Bhiwandi Mega Hub since Jan 25, 2023. I have approached everyone from warehouse staff to cofounders, no one has responded. What do you get by stealing common people's parcels? They are modern day dacoits looting people in broad daylight. I pity the investors who have invested in this fraudulent company. The company should be penalized on a large scale by regulatory authorities for carrying out such a scam. So many comments and grievances by people are pending. Still the company has not been shut down. They do not even have a customer service helpline number. Big red 🚩 flag for others. Please do not ever send anything through this courier service. There should be a mass level boycott of this company. My lawyer has already drafted a legal notice and I am going to take my case to court. Hope others too follow the suit. Mass level litigations will help the cofounders realise that it is not just enough to start a company, it is important to keep customers happy

Had worst experience with them. It has been 15 days and their delivery executive is not calling and postponing the wrong status was denied by customer. They dont have proper customer care support. The tickets raised are never answered. No contact number to call them. Impossible to reach these guys.

big warehouse very supportive staff, I am a retailer and have a regular courier shipments made to my client and I prefer Delhivery as my logistic partner for the price, affordability and trust... Recently I booked a shipment through them to one my clients in UP, the qty of shipment was 2 units although only one of the unit was delivered from the 2 units of shipment; firstly I thought my parcel is stolen and I am noway going to get my parcel back, but still I wanted to try, straight away I went to the warehouse to lodge the complaint and find the whereabouts of my parcel, to my surprise here I was greeted and guided professionally and told that your parcel will be surely there with the delivery partner and not to worry, although I am yet given time of a day for any further update on my parcel, but surely I am back to confidence no way the parcel is lost and it will be retrieved and returned ... I will be posting whether the parcel was received or not... stay tuned!

Pathetic service. Customer service is not available. Pickup is not done in time. Money is taken in advance. Refund policy is nowhere in picture. Money is taken n u r left by yourself. Who, why, when, how.... No answer at all.... I wud never use it myself and wud not recommend to anyone.

My wife had ordered apparel from a vendor and unfortunately for us Delhivery was the logistics partner. I am listing out the issues which I faced below 1. We needed the product urgently because of which we were following up with the customer care team. The sites doesn't reflect the accurate data. The site status could not be trusted 2. I live within a radius of 4 kms within thre Mumbai dispatch office and yet they are asking 48 hours delivery time. 3. I decided to go pick up from their office myself. They tell me it will go to their distribution office in sakivihar. They do not know when it will reach there. Between chandivali and sakivihar they couldn't tell me when it will reach. 3. They do know the status of the product, do not know the phone number of the distribution office, do not even know if they are working on Sundays or not. They asked me to call them on Sunday and then check if they are open on Sunday or not. For customer information center they did not give me any information even after calling 5 times.
