Parents sent me an electric oven from Cuttack to Bangalore. The glass of the oven was totally smashed and broken inside. There was a small ceramic mug inside the parcel and even that was smashed to bits. The parcel said 'HANDLE WITH CARE' but it was obviously not handled with care. Please think TWICE before using their services because I will definitely not use them again.
