Please if you can't handle your job quit it it's a headache searching for your customer service phone no. And they try to scam me saying your package will be cancelled so send details of you we will not ask any personal information or card details and when I visit to the link it says to give card details ccv no. Such a disappointed

I really recommend you to improve in selecting the delivery person for some areas. I appreciate that your service is available in Imphal but the attitude of the delivery person really matters. If there is COD available then why do they charge extra while doing Gpay and all. While purchasing the product, we have already paid you the charges. If this continues many customers including me will change to other delivery services. I really want Delhivery to look into this matter so that we continue trusting you.

Because I wasn't going to be available when they wanted to deliver my product, I went to their office in porompat to get my parcel. That is not the problem. The problem though is that they charged me extra 100 rupees for some unknown reason. If charging extra money from customers isn't a "delivery" policy, then delivery should instruct it's delivery executives to refrain from such behaviours, or it may impact the business adversely.

For heavens sake, please do not order anything from any site having Delhivery as its logistics partners. One will end up getting stressed so much trying to reach them.. You see the update.. always same for many many days.. same message being updated at different times. Assuming that you get through their customer care.. beware.. you will be interacting with the most rudest staff they have appointed.... PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM DELHIVERY

I sent plants with pot to my mother's address as a surprise gift, which I was promised will delivered within 3-4 days, it took a week. The delivery person came and didn't initiate the process to get the OTP on my mother's phone and when he couldn't get it he left. It's been 2-3 days and the plants are not delivered to the address till date. I have abundant options how to deal with it and I'll use one or all because it was a special gift to my mother and maybe now it's useless.

I ordered an item via Amazon (Tracking ID: 1337801878232). Item received by Delhivery (Imphal) before the delivery date (which is awesome) BUT they kept the item for more then a week, and finally canceled and returned the item without my consent. I am fully aware of the Covid situation but they NEVER cared to call or text me even once. They seem to be very unprofessional. I honestly do not recommend their services to any customer.

Every courier of mine is never delivered. Saying product is big so we cant delivered. We have paid for it to deliver till the given address. But instead we have to go and pick up from d office. And even if our courier has reached the office they didn't inform for 2-3days.

It's been almost a week now that my parcel reached Imphal and you sh*theads won't even bother to update anything and kept looking for new excuses instead. I've been to their office for more than a couple of times and still they never took the issue seriously, how can a courier service be such irresponsible.
