I tracked my product. I saw it has arrived on 17th December. But I waited,today is 30th dec but still didn't get my product. When I tracked again,it says that it has been returned. They didn't even call me. They didn't even make an attempt to deliver to me.

Why this Rongkon delivery boy doesn't call to my customer... When received to Rongkon Delivery Office they direct returned to the supplier without even calling the customers.. They are not reaching the parcels out to the buyers... We have received number of complaints against them from the customers... This is for your kind information and necessary action.
