Do not ever go for this if you are not having any person to collect your parcel. I booked a parcel which got delivered in Rewari. Service was fast, it took only 6 days to reach rewari. But this centre denied the delivery and told that they do not have big vehicle to deliver it, your parcel can not be delivered on activa. If you have only your mother at home who does not know how to drive a car, then you will be in same problem like me. I came back in rewari after 1 week and then collected the same parcel. Noted- they also ask for auto charge in case you want your delivery. But my parcel had some fragile material, So I denied. Anyway asking for money was wrong too, it is their responsibility to deliver your goods.
