Very bad customer service. Customer care doesn't pick up calls after 100 of dials. Courier service is terrificaly bad as they don't even know where to deliver though PINCODE was clearly mentioned.

Medicines handed over to Trackon in the evening at Rohini Delhi, reached okhla hub Delhi, next morningCould not deliver even after 48 hrs. I had to go personally to take it. Charged Rs 150.

India's worst, irresponsible, nautanky company...you should never done courier from this company....they can delay ur parcel as much as they want...they make fool peoples and never listen their problems...and also there is 100℅ possiblity that they will broke ur pacel and also they can lost ur parcel...they never get ur parcel easily without irritate u...my opinion is never choose this option....

Most illiterate are working here. I send my Courier On 25 - October - 2019 and without making any effort to deliver my parcel they did not deliver my parcel and now they have my parcel with them i called them many times to get my parcel back to me instead of giving my parcel back to me they are telling your parcel is lost they are searching for it. Today one lady picked up a call and she is on call with me as well as on her mobile with his Boy friend and telling me to hold the call and she put my call on hold and leave for more than 2 hours...
