You have to pray for your delivery because you don't get call on time. When they will want than you will get your product. Pickup service is also not good. I am a ecom seller when a marketplace assigned them as a delivery partner i get affraid that now what will happen. They marked that they are going to pickup but they don't call and marked as pickup unsuccesful. Don't know how they are still in coirier business. Many times they changed the product for customers in there hub. How they are doing don't know but a big scam is going on in delhivery company. A most noted point is a delivery boy who always pick my order and i am giving him orders since 1 month but when you asked him to give their office number he always say he is newly joined and he don't have any number. I think they have strict rules that don't share our office numbers to anyone. I think it is a sign of fraud company. When marketplace assigned them they never pick up my order on time and i have to raise a help ticket to marketplace to avoid the penalties.i have to work extra of delhivery company mistakes and irresponsibilities.

Hated it. Very poor service. They never deliver product on time. My parcel show out of delivery regular three days but no person come to deliver parcel not even give a call. In the end of the day shows customer refuse to take parcel. No customer care service you don't where to call to report such issue. Mail id given by delhivery good for nothing. What's up help also very poor. Suggest everyone don't choose this courier service. Delhivery very bad and poor service.
