Very worst service from this courier. Don't go for this courier, if I am makingcall to the customer service they are not receiving the call and no information or message about the product. My product has arrived in Mysore hub and they have not delivered the product. After 2 days they are telling that youitself have to collect the product.😡😡 Really don't go for this couriers wast service dabba service. Isted of this go for BlueDart, professional couriers,etc. But don't go for this very bad service.

I had a package sent to me. Via Trackon, it must be the worst Courier service in India. It was only after the sender sent me the tracking number that I found out it had been sitting in their Mysore office for ONE WEEK. The managers attitude was my boy called you and you didn’t pick up. Which was a total lie, as it’s my business phone and in times of Covid no one is calling. The only calls I’ve received in the last week are from myself to myself. To check that my phone actually works. I would suggest you use any Courier Service but Trackon, if you want service. Totally useless. Would have been better with Speed Post.

Dint even want to give 1 star. My customers house is right next to trackon office, Delhi yet the package wasn’t delivered by saying “ADDRESS NOT FOUND”. I don’t understand what’s up with these people? Jus eat other people’s hard earned money? Never going back to this courier company!
