I had a very bad experience from Trackon courier service yesterday. My parcel was sent through Trackon from Royal Sundaram and upon arrival in the courier office at Kalpetta the staff on duty insisted me to collect the same personally and they said as it is addressed in my home address they can't do door delivery.All other courier companies in Kalpetta deliver at home but only Trackon doesn't. So please do not book any parcels with then if it addressed to home. Thank you.
