The delivery person was rude and abusive in both phone as well as in person. My mom could not climb stairs. He said only if my mom climbs down he will deliver. Since my mom could not climb down he came and was showing insulting gestures and did not deliver and left. I left numerous messages to delhivery. But no response to my emails. I will never, ever order anything whose delivery partner is delhivery.
