One of most INCOMPETENT courier I've ever seen, i'm not sure how a government agency like NSDL awarded PAN delivery contract to this TRACKON courier instead of government owned post office service. They have 2 contact number for each location, when I tried to contact their chennai number it was always busy (tried 2 days n number of times) but rings before 10.30 & no one attends because their support time starts after 10.30. Then I searched their site and found a number to register complaint for nondelivery and luckily call went through and within 1hr it showed out for delivery but guess what it was not delivered on that day, So I decided to visit their office in guindy-chennai, from the looks of the office, their main business is to transport big consignment for business, inside I was shocked to see the way they throw small courier items on the floor. The company can review their cctv for themselves to see, to top it up the staff in there told me we have lot of PAN cards it will take 10 days to deliver but mine was out of delivery on the previous day itself. After multiple follow ups with couple of delivery agents (who said they have 5 days time to deliver from the time they receive it) & heated arguments finally I received it on sunday which happens to be a holiday for them. I understood that their modus operandi is same across all locations from multiple reviews. Bottom line, Choose some other courier service (or) travel and give it to the person in hand rather than using this Trackon courier pvt ltd.
