One of the Worst services. If it were possible I would have given it a negative review. The customer care doesn't pick up call. The local agents are rude AF. My passport was being parceled through this. And after being unreachable for more than 24 hours they tell me that my pincode is not deliverable. At the end I had to go pick it up. Its a scam company. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.

The place is situated near Barasat Seth Pukur. Beside of Barasat Girls'High School. Location is very easy and simple. This is a domestic courier. Their rate is very reasonable. The owner of the hub , Mr. Sandip Kumar Guha is very cooperative. He picked up customer call. Being a domestic courier, they don't deliver your product to your doorstep. In your tracking details page you'll get complete details HUB. You need to collect your percel from your local or regional HUB.
