I wish I could give negative stars. The worst courier service in kalyan. My consignment reached to kalyan hub on 29th Dec and they did not delivery till 9th Jan. They said delivery boy is on leave and you will have to collect it from the hub. First I tought it's just one of case but I can see many many people have faced same issue in past. When I reached their there were 3 more customers complainting the same to them. Service is total unprofessional, staff is uneducated and rude.

Very bad and hopeless bad service not contact number mentioned how to enquiry where is the parcel stucked by tracking it's showing out for delivery by last 2 days I never got my valuable parcel

worst staff. when asked for the problem started abusing, already the parcel is many days late. the person to whom called to track the parcel . started abusing and very illiterate person. with zero manners. stop giving parcels to this firm. got the product damaged

Friends if your courier is stuck at kalyan branch from last many days and if you are not able to contact their kalyan branch, there are high chances that your parcel is lying at their other warehouse which is near the CSMT end of kalyan station platform no. 1. This trackon courier warehouse is adjacent to DTDC courier office near kalyan platform no 1. When I tried to track my parcel on their website, from last 3 weeks it was showing the parcel has reached their office which is near Fortis hospital. When I tried to reach their contact numbers, none of those were working. I personally went looking for their office , that is when I came to know their office has relocated at some unknown location. Finally I somehow managed to find their warehouse near kalyan station platform no.1. To my surprise , the contact person straightly refused to deliver the parcel to the destination and said I will have to pick up the parcel from their office. When I took the possession of my parcel from their office , they still updated in their system software that parcel was delivered to the destination. Totally unreliable and unprofessional service. I do not recommend this courier service to anyone.
