Very very poor service. No one picks up the calls. They don't deliver on time. They take months to deliver 1 parcel. Never seen such bad service. Don't ever send your parcels through them. They deserve to shut down there business for bad service.

Worst service provider in Ranchi. Kept my PAN card for more than 25 days in Ranchi, never delivered even after 7-8 calls, returned parcel after 25 days claiming address not found, despite pathetic staff giving assurance every day, "will deliver today sir". Wished we had negative rating for this provider. Every staff needs to be put in Jail. Humble request to everyone, let this agency rot, never ever send anything though them. Think 100 times before choosing Trackon
