My Pan card got delivered here on Sept 27th, 2022 itself and it's been a good 18 days and still I haven't received it. So directly walked into their office here at kilpauk and collected my card. Don't wait for these unprofessional couriers to deliver your card. If it's urgent, directly walk in.

For the courier delivery we have to travel to their convenient location and collect it. The delivery guy told that he don't know my location and I have to travel 5 kilometers to collect the parcel. The hilarious reason he told was my place in Chennai will be handled by the delivery person handling Guduvancheri which is nearly 50 Kms away from here. Everyone should learn from these guys on how to ruin a business by chasing away all customers.

Worst service ever I have seen taking too much of days to delivering the product and transferring to another courier office and till now you are doing the same mistake I don't know what your management is doing? Why can't improve your best service for customer?

One of the Worst Courier Service I have seen in my life. PAN CARD came to Chennai Kilpauk hub on 16th Aug and When ever we ask they say it will take 2 to 3 days. Even today morning they say the same. A lady in the kilpauk hub after so many attempt picked call and finally after 7 days of horror gave a number telling its owner number but the person who picked does not convey properly and inform even today that it will take 2 more days. NSDL to Cancel their contract

Fed up with this courier. Pan cards are dispatched mostly through this courier. After repeated calls, my wife received Pan card after 20 days. Bad experience. You need patience to deal with this courier people.
