My order hasn't been received yet . The delivery guy in two different days called me and said your address is far i am not coming if u want u come. This happened twice and they rescheduled the delivery blaming tht i wasn't able to pick the call and i haven't received till now it's been 12 days and they had put my order on self pickup and they refused to give me my parcel 📦.They head assured me that my parcel was safe and would come to me but that never happened and they don't even pick call even after they themselves told us to give a call. Very irresponsible and the delivery guyz just lies that we didn't pick the call

Really the services of this courier facility is very inappropriate. They were rotating my parcel from jagatpura sawai gaitor to chimanpura and again from chimanpura to jagatpura sawai gaitor office.. Even when i went to the office to pick my parcel then they haven't found it.. The way of talking of the staff members was very rude. They dont have supportive nature. They also don't have any customer support numbers to raise the complaint.. Really very very bad experience.

Worst service. Even after 20 days I haven't recieved my parcel. The delivery guy didn't even called up once and at their tracking details every morning they are showing that parcel is out for delivery,by evening the status changes to delivery will be reattempted tomorrow. Pathetic

Disgusting these people are. I have always had a poor experience. But iam helpless as the e-commerce website use these poor services to deliver. They dont call they dont attempt the delivery and cancel it if they dont wnt to deliver. Their excecutives are so ill-mannered. They are so rude and put false complains " customer denied or rejected the delivery".

Worst courier centre, extremely unmanaged and unprofessional, they kept my parcel for more than 20 days and finally send back stating that they do not service at my location whereas I have received many packages in past from delhivery and blue dart as my address is near a very famous landmark.

Very bad staff they don't help there customer they also not deliver small value product like if you buy product between 1rs to 99rs then they keep your product and mark as delivered. Worst service i have seen in my life with logestic partner. There is no option to give less then one or star or negative rating otherwise i will go for nagitive rating.
